Cathy Wagner is the founder of Fitique Pilates, a passionate fitness instructor with a lifetime of experience in movement and teaching. As a proud mother of two boys, and new grandmother to Hudson, Cathy brings her love for family into every class, teaching with kindness, patience, and empathy.
Cathy’s passion for health and wellness began in childhood, where she was a gymnast and dancer. She went on to become the Nassau County Gymnastics Champion in both her junior and senior years of high school. Throughout her life, Cathy has never strayed far from the world of strength and conditioning – teaching everything from gymnastics to pole dancing.
Cathy choreographs routines that flow like a dance, ensuring her classes build confidence for students of all levels. She has dedicated her entire career to empowering others through fitness, unlocking their full potential.
